Eligibility Criteria

• The Money Back Guarantee is applicable only to products purchased directly from THERMAVION.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Requests for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at support@thermavion.com to initiate a return request.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you wish to exchange or receive a refund.
3. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
